PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

چکیده

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work ability and motivation on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Case Study at LPP RRI Cirebon Office). uses four variables, namely (X1), (X2), (Z), variable (Y). The method used is a quantitative method. sample in this amounted 54 respondents who are employees Cirebon. data primary secondary form interviews, questionnaires, literature studies document studies. Data analysis using multiple regression Sobel test. results indicate that partially has significant positive OCB, no performance, OCB performance. employees, then based test show mediates performance.
